Unfortunately, many attorneys quote “The Art of War” and “talk tough” in an effort to gain a client. Typically, as the matter progresses or a trial approaches, their analysis drastically changes and the client has paid for advice that was usually available at the outset.
I approach things differently. From the beginning, after gathering the facts, I give you my truthful and, more importantly, realistic evaluation of how I see your matter developing and how you can expect it to resolve. It may not always be what a client wants to hear, but that’s not my job. My job is to counsel you or your business on how the law addresses the situation and which is the most effective way to solve the problem at hand.
A person should not be intimidated about retaining competent and candid counsel. I urge my clients to contact me whenever they have a question about their legal rights. Often at no charge - because it is easier and less costly to handle a problem from the outset.
I only practice in the areas of law in which I have experience. When it comes to protecting what matters, it makes no sense for you to pay for someone to, "learn on the job." If I do not believe I can meet your needs on a high-level, I will put your matter in the hands of someone who I would trust with my own affairs.
As an attorney practicing in Florida for 30 years and serving as a former Palm Beach Circuit Court Judge, I have a unique perspective as to how the legal system works and what is the best method for achieving a realistic solution. While I can never assure you of a legal result, I strive to provide ethical representation, your telephone calls and emails returned quickly, and your questions answered promptly.
I invite you to contact the Firm and see how our approach is different.
